  • @howtogetwell Yes it does. There is a lot of what is commonly referred to as microscopic gold. Of course it depends on the location where you are looking. As a general rule, the smaller the piece of gold, the more common it is. Large nuggets are quite rare. The problem with microscopic gold is that it takes a lot of pieces of gold to add up to much. You also need a good process to collect it.

  • How do you separate your gold from your sand and minerals if you have removed the black sand already? I pan out of a creek and I get down to where I have gold flakes and sediments but I cant seem to get the rest of it out of the pan to get to the gold.
