  • Oh hai! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my GF got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • I also heard that back posture can prevent you from having a six pack. So if your back bone pushes your abdominal too forward, creating a deep back curve, no amount of training or diet will help. So that's something to look into.

  • What do you think about preworkout supplements? In my experience they have helped me workout longer and focus more, but it seems that they can't be good for you. Also any natural alternatives will be appreciated.

  • @THELOCALBOY123 everybody is different, some peole dont have a whole lot of belly fat but they have fat on their face or something like that, so what he's sayin is that there is no such thing as targeted/isolated fat loss (like u cant JUST lose your belly fat or face fat or whatever) ur body ONLY allows overall body fat loss.

  • I find if i do crunches etc, it pushes my stomach in - but if i then eat too much, then it hurts cause its pushing it out. I agree, its about losing fat

    high intensity exercises = exercises that make u breathe as hard as u can and sweat profusely in a short time,

    interval training = hi intensity exercise -> rest -> hi intesnity exercise -> rest (so on for about 20+ mins)

  • if you want to get bigger with weights is it ok to go jogging a couple of times a week

  • How long should you do a high intensity workout for? 15 minutes a day? An hour a day? When I do high intensity, I usually do my whole body, one mucle group at a time. Arms, chest, legs, back, abs, in succession, with maybe 30 to 45 second breaks when I absolutely need them. What I'm not sure about is should I keep going for an hour or is maybe 25 to 30 minutes sufficient?

  • i love it when people point this out!! you do NOT get 6 pack abs by working out abs... you get abdominal muscle exposure due to a decrease in overall body fat loss!!!!!!!!! you could have the weakest abs in the world, and still have a six pack, as long as your body fat % allows it... LIKED!!!

  • after coming australia to study, I was starved for a month in a homestay and then gained 5 kg the next month after moving to another homestay. although I still have some abs, i cannot go back to having very defined abs. I know all the "secrets" everyone mentions for losing fat. I know the how hormones like leptin, testosterone, affect our bodies. I also know the benefits of high intensity interval training. I also know healthy eating but only able to do so in summer break.

  • i am 180cm tall and i weight 85kg,i'm jumping on rope like the boxers and for how long i have to jump on rope a day ?

    now i am doing 30min intense jumping with no rest every day and btw i am 20 years old

  • i also suggest eliminating estrogenic foods from your diet too if you want to lose the belly flab and moobs.

  • @rootiest check out what Ori hoeffelmeker has to say about it, read his book "The Anti-estrogenic diet"

    Soy, hops, milk are examples. Pesticides and plastics are also xeno-estrogens that contaminate industrially produced food.

    estrogen contributes to adipose fat accumulation and the fat itself makes estrogen. Also, it is inflammatory and inflammation contributes to poor health and, maybe, fat accumulation.

  • @CookieDoughTony u can ONLY lose overall body fat, there is no such thing as losing JUST belly fat. YOU LOSE OVERALL BODY FAT AND BELLY FAT IS PART OF OVERALL BODY FAT, THATS HOW U LOSE BELLY FAT. IN ORDER TO LOSE OVERALL BODY FAT, DO ALOT OF HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT AND BUILD MUSCLE.
