Oh hai! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my GF got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.
I also heard that back posture can prevent you from having a six pack. So if your back bone pushes your abdominal too forward, creating a deep back curve, no amount of training or diet will help. So that's something to look into.
do you have any tips for a mum? haha i had my daughter just about 13 months ago and between being a full time mum and student, i find little time i work on getting my body back. and this terrible, rainy canadian winter isnt helping! i need tips, i have no idea what to do to help myself! =P

How long should you do a high intensity workout for? 15 minutes a day? An hour a day? When I do high intensity, I usually do my whole body, one mucle group at a time. Arms, chest, legs, back, abs, in succession, with maybe 30 to 45 second breaks when I absolutely need them. What I'm not sure about is should I keep going for an hour or is maybe 25 to 30 minutes sufficient?

high intensity exercises = exercises that make u breathe as hard as u can and sweat profusely in a short time,
interval training = hi intensity exercise -> rest -> hi intesnity exercise -> rest (so on for about 20+ mins)
