I almost got a heart attack when I did the last surgery... It's hard to click the spacebar all the time while doing the operation with your mouse... sometimes I have to release it for a few seconds...

Best to play the last surgery with somebody else to click the spacebar for you while you do all the clicking. C:

Wat happen is you get an injury and it get in infected because you don't take care of it then ''baby maggots'' get in the wound and grow. Then make baby's and then you die. But once your leg or arm or anything actually has parasite, most of the time it will never work again and your gonna half to amputate it.

ok you can't pull out the shrapnel b/c it pinned you down and you have to cut off you leg. Hint: use you best hand on the will to live and the worst to cut it off. It works great!!!

its a big peice of wood that was probably in the tent. the bomb probably exploded the piece of wood and it impailed the leg so he has to cut it off in order to stop bleeding.
