In this case the poet Qatil is continuing the Life And Death theme by referring to the fact that muslims are supposed to declare "la illaha ill-allah, mohammed-ur rasool allah" with their last breath, in that moment of transition between life and death. Qatil says that even that last sacred breath has been reserved for her. I hope that helps mate!
