ok... you really are taking that a bit too... seriously, haha, the only reason i watched that is because i have actually stood across the road from that point, after coming down from Tiffany's and Abercrombie and Fitch.. calm down
Wow, you video'd horse poop. Yep, they poop- perhaps the city should hire someone to pick it up- after all the carriages are a fixture in the city. Why are you opposed to carriages being in the city? Perhaps you could try to pass laws regarding horse vs. carriage size/passengers. I did notice some standard size horses that may have had too heavy a load. Im curious to know if there are in fact any regulations for weight/size of the horses.
I'd have to check out the stats on each carriage and see just how much weight is distributed on the animal for each model. Really almost impossible. kindness is up to the driver to ensure a match between horse and carriage- let me say that I did not view one lame horse walk past in the videos that I have seen. I dont even think carriages are pretty- I have a carriage and have been asked numerous times if I was for hire.
They don't seem to enforce any rules against these carriages, instead going after their competition with a vengeance.
And there are rules about passengers
And there are laws about dogs pooping and the horses have to wear a device that catches the poop.
I'm not against the carriages, I'm against the harsh conditions for the horses and the fact that these carriages are in traffic with no safety equipment, violating the rules all day long.
I'll miss the carriages, not the thugs driving them
GOD BLESS AMERICA.

It's the abuse that bothers me. The money is the reason.
Why are you still here? I thought I banned you because i couldn't deal with your nonsense, just as you banned me for rubbing the truth in your face.
As far as projecting my misery on the horses, that's what you are doing.
I'm trying to help the horses who can't speak up and say:" These guys are killing us for money"
You sure seem to have a lot of time on your hands. Why aren't you in Honduras?

no dude, you don't look like a bit of a wierdo, filming horse shit in the middle of the road, don't worry.

You stay in England picking your nose and popping pimples and leave the handling of NYC's municipal problems to those with a brain.
How did you tear yourself away from your stupid video games to actually write something?
Don't worry, you don't come off as a big mouth asshole....

Too seriously? These people are thugs and have made threats.
Just FYI you didn't stand across from this, you're on the wrong side of the park.
This is Central Park West and Tiffany's is on the East Side, Fifth Ave.

The poop is their responsibility.
And there are no rules about horse size, but you see right there something is wrong.
Like I said, you have to come and see for yourself and really examine this, not just look at it from a "carriages are pretty" point of view.
These people make $15 million a year all in cash and pay bribes so even the laws are disregarded.
Then they brag about how many agencies watch them, when in fact that's not true.

But they are pretty. I'll be sorry to see them go. They've been a part of NYC for a long time, as have I.
But what the horses have to endure is really heartbreaking.

Poor horses are working all over the city, shame. And they lie, they don't pick up after the horses.
