@LordWhatsHisName Huh, that's interesting. I had the opposite view that MGS2 controls were better. That could be because I just went around collecting every....single......dog tag. I beat the ship level on each difficulty with all dog tags but could only beat the plant on every difficulty up to normal. The Fat Man on Hard will kick your butt for real. After awhile I just gave up.

shadow of the colossus.. the only original ps2 game that i bought (read: didn't pirate) and i couldn't get into it. the first boss battle was endless trial and error and i was fighting the terrible camera more than the boss.

DW4 DW5/Extreme legends are the best Dynasty Warriors games in the series.

I also played DW6 on the PS2 not the PS3 port and hated ever second of it -.-' for example: Xiahou Dun's weapon in DW3,4 and 5 was a scimitar called Kirin Blade but then in DW6 it suddenly became a huge mace,i mean WTF

also Sun Quan in DW2,3,4 and 5 had a straight double edged sword called King Wolf and all of a sudden it became a meat cleaver ><

Taito Legends 1 and 2 are great, both have plenty of awesome arcade games (Operation Wolf, New Zealand Story, GROWL etc), Legends 2 is especially neat as it has Darius Gaiden, Raystorm and a few other "rare" shooters that are Saturn era 2D/3D arcade titles that just are not emulated well at all on MAME etc.

@Renatar567 Yeah, I have that one too. It's pretty fun but there are a couple of cons, such as the storyline isn't as good (takes place 18 years after the first, but hey, Caim is still part of it so I ain't complainiin'... okay maybe a little.)

And in order to get the other endings you have to REPLAY the entire thing again. :/

There's also a third game called Nier that takes place after the 5th ending of the first Drakengard.

Ok some major titles that you need to get.

Gladius: made by lucas arts... amazing turn based rpg.

Star Wars Battlefront I and II: also made by lucas arts.. real time shooter, play as a soldier in star wars, if you liked Socom, you'll love SW Battlefront.

Front Mission 4: made by Square Enix.. its a mech rpg that takes some getting used to at first but once you get into it you'll love it. Plus the story is awesome.

I play these games even today, major replayablity for all of them =P

I watched all four of your videos, and I was surprised you did not have Red Faction. That game is one of my favorite PS2 games. The cover looks boring, and even the trailer does not look like much, but it is a great game. If you check the game rating web sights you will see that it is consistently rated as one of the best first person shooters for the PS2, and it deserves that rank. I was not expecting much when I first started playing it, but after an hour or two I was hooked. Best of PS2.

@Cybrus07 I have heard good things about Time Splitters 2 and Future Perfect. I played Time Splitters 1 and it was fun. The first person shooter aspect is a little short, but it is still fun. The spaceport level was my favorite. Time Splitters 2 is often ranked above Red Faction as far as PS2 first person shooters, and I loved Red Faction. I have already purchased Time Splitters 2 and Time Splitters Future Perfect, but I have not played them yet.
