Anyone read "GET CAPONE" by J. Eig. ? What a LIFE, my "snorky" lived. PPL, 'like' 2 think, AL was EVIL but what alot of ppl don't know is... HE HAD A HEART OF GOLD! SCAREFACE lived a life of what some men dream of and IF IT WERE NOT for those TAX charges, HE could have did alot more 4 america at the time of 'THE DEPRESSION'. He had POWER and "HIS MEN" to do what alot of men could NOT DO! Remember this..HE also was a SON,BROTHER,FATHER,HUSBAND&FRI­END.

I have a copy of this video on video cassette this is an awesome movie, really educating, and interesting as well. Al Capone was an evil man, but had a good side to him like when he paid for the hospital bill for people injured by his gang, and also opening soup kitchens, but these could have been just a way for Al Capone to have the support of average citizens.

It was Torrio who got Capone from New York, took him under his wing, and later TURNED OVER the bootlegging empire to Capone when the heat with the Northsiders escalated with the assassination attempt of January 24, 1925 for revenge over O'Banion's death on November 10, 1924. Capone ran it well, but The Fox built it.
