  • I never thought of it that way. Its like I live in a constant state of regret which also fuels the anger towards myself and others close to me, then I feel guilt for that and then more anger. I've ran away from things my entire life and don't want to run anymore but since it is the only thing I was taught I don't know how to deal with it. Drugs helped when I was young but I'm never going that route again. Thank you for your response. You have brought a lot of relief to me, thank you.

  • Anger is natural as we begin to see and sense the conditioning we have received.

  • Dealing with a lot of inner anger and I cannot figure out the source.

  • Good stuff Dino, I definitely concur! Also just thought I'd mention, as to the natives who avoided the tsunami...As I heard it this occurred on the Nicobar islands of India (I visited the more touristy Andaman islands just north of there a year afterwards), and there was a legend that when the sea and the earth are fighting, you should head for high ground until they resolve their dispute. So when they saw the ocean retreat, they took heed and headed for higher ground.

  • hey Dino thanks a lot fr sharing a gr8 VIDEO....
