  • Digestible sand, ITS SUPER EFFECTIVE!

  • ur gecko sucks at hunting

  • SHUT THE FUCK UP HOW MANY TIMES DO THEY HAVE TO SAY ITS DIGESTIBLE SAND!!!!! DO SOME FUCKING RESEARCH YOU FUCK TARDS!!!!!

  • Marta is hot

  • THE HORROR * THE HORROR

  • less gecko, more girl

  • @MrFlagg no the other way around

  • whats the name of the song

  • Jimmeny Cricket!

  • Greedy little barrrrrstard!!

  • Damn those crickets be bunches of pussies. They can gang up on dat ugly lizard with stinky breath and beat his ugly ass down.

  • one it not lizard it gecko and two i have 1 they not ugly they beutiful so shut up

  • Ya mon, gecko be lizard, mon. I check it on on wikipedia. And they be ugly too. You no argue the stinky breath part though.

  • I don't remember this one. Pretty cool!

  • That's a lepord Gecko, it cannot live in sand. When it digests sand it dehydrates and dies. Take out the sand and but in organic dirt, moss, or wood chips.

  • It was special digestible sand. All ok, I promise. :)

  • @gnooze

Even that sand is no good for gecko. I have been keeping reptiles for almost a decade. It's not to say your lizard will die, but artificial grass or paper towels are the best for geckos.

  • Hah! Cool video!! GREAT commentary!

Mebby you can 'splain to me where people come up with this idea that food is somehow "innocent"? Is this some kind of Santa thing, where "He knows if you've been bad or good..."?

  • sand is bad for him take him of it he could die form the sand

  • Special digestible sand, for real. It was actually good, added calcium to his diet.

  • @gnooze Actually, it clumps up more in there digestive system. Please use tile or paper towels.

  • @gnooze it is not digestible FACT its called compaction and it will get it whether you like it or not

  • @TedWinni Well, the lizard lived with the stuff for 12+ years with the stuff and never had a problem. I dunno.

  • @TedWinni Well, the lizard lived with the stuff for 12+ years and never had a problem. I dunno.

  • mines use to eat live pinkies

  • i have that lizird its called a leoperd gecko

  • She's hot.

  • sad human nature..but we have to accept it..=)

  • very nice leo but it shouldn't be on sand especially if it's going to eat crickets, it could accidentally eat some sand while trying to grab a cricket and if it eats enough it'll get impacted. gotta be careful.

  • don't worry, it's special digestible sand. :)

  • i know they say it's digestable and it's a common mistake because if they eat too much they can still get impacted, it's better to just use tile or non adhesive shelf liner or even paper towels. not trying to say your dumb or anything you just didn't know, it's still dangerous.

  • @craziiikris10 I would argue otherwise. Special digestible sand never comes in the color gray. Thats gardening sand you get at home depot. Do your gecko right and get him proper sand or give it away.

  • healthy gecko. LOves how he stalks the cricket in the beginning

  • I have to say :)

that lizard is very cute ^^

  • What did you do to your dog!!? RP 08

  • Poor bug trying to escape...that is so sad :(

  • it's nature. just think if they werent eaten alive then the gecko would die slowly of starvation. which is sadder quick death of the cricket eaten alive or slow death of the gecko starving to death?

  • This is how we humans will be aeten alive by the reptilans

  • Lizard eating crickets!!!

    Hah. Love it!

    -Mango

(Switching it up a little. A change up?)

  • [frat boy comment]

So you like lizards, baby? Come on back to my room and I'll show you my big white snake!

    [/frat boy comment]

  • Your lizards head looks kind of like a cat without ears. I love nature.

  • Marta,

Is that Gila monster your pet? I feel bad for the crickets lol. I think I teach the lizard to eat salad. It was entertaning though!

  • it's a leopard gecko.

  • Reptile wins...FATALITY..

  • that lizard needs to stop eating meat...go vegan lizard, don't you see you're playing into the mans hand...wise up lizards...haha

  • Cute lizard, but then I used to raise them so I love those guys! Also love the music, Hall of the Mountain King, one of my favs!

  • It is a real shame the the writer's strike has even affected Youtube.

    -phy

  • LMFAO When the lizard's tongue moved to the rythym of the song! poor crickets!

  • No on feels sorry for the crickets??

    *cries*

    *cries* :'(

  • Jeeze, this makes me soooo hungry LOL

    5 Stars

    -MVN

  • That lizard was moving like some kind of cold blooded cat hunting the crickets.

Good lizard! Keep that bug population down!

  • So... is this what you do for a day job?

  • Hmm... this DEFINITELY proves that the old cliche "No gnooze is good gnooze" is a total crock.

    This was pretty bad. ;)

Though I am touched that Marta and Co. at least took a moment to teasingly say "Hi" to all of us Gnooze junkies who tuned in wanting our almost-daily fix. :D

  • Hey Marta; I hope you're having a great day off & it's nice to see that you've thought to leave your tech support guy with enough food to tide him over until you get back.

  • I'd rather hear Marta and the gnooze.

  • Where was the Wizard?

  • Do you use the Gnooze as an excuse to buy lots of new tops? As always you're featured on our channel. peace

  • perfect prelude to the feeding frenzy that we go through in one week.

  • Marta, you're the best! With or without a lizard! (But maybe thats just me and my lizard talking)

  • You need to teach it to eat with its mouth closed. Darn rude lizard! :)

  • Nahhhhhh,... sorry but that was lame.

    Literally ; )

1* star and shame on you. *sneers*... I want gnooze. Darn it!

  • Nooo.

It was a slow gnooze day.We need fluff fillers every once in a while..

  • We?... Who are "we"?

And who in patronizing hell of fluffyness are you? You seem cranky... maybe you need a filling ; )

  • Is this one of your critters that need look'n after?

  • love hearing the news from you you make even bad news sound good

    Peace Love and Happiness

    SpinningStarr

  • No more day jobs!!!

    Trauma

  • I had a pet Cricket once...

  • that made me hungry, but i'm vegetarian so for like a veggie burger, not crickets...meat is evil stop eating it now...

  • If I'm not supposed to eat meat, then why did God make cows out of steak? :)

  • Well it's nice to see that my ex-girl friend has found work again (and after she swore to me that she was out of the straight-to-video industry). The only thing that could make this better is if we had smell-o-vision connected. Then I could remember her sweet breath too.

"Lizards and Crickets and Poo, Oh My!"

  • I particulary like the profile shot at 1:02 - Ahh those beady little green eyes...Just a few more sessions and my therapist says we can move on to discussing my mother.

  • ...Excuse me..."What's that?" "No, Mom, I'm still in the basement on the computer.""But I don't WANT to clip your toenails!" "Aww Man..." Sorry guys - gotta go.

  • Well, hot damn

  • A lizard that likes the Gnooze??

    ---------------------------------

There once was a bug-eating lizard,

Eating crickets in fashion quite violent.

He swallowed 'em down to his gizzard,

Afterall, now "the CRICKET is silent."

    :D

  • 5 star comment award.

  • 5 star thank you!

  • What's next? Lizard coughs up entire cricket!?

  • Whats up with thats Marta :-( Mike

  • Oh the horror! But doesn't he need some whine with that dinner?

  • That was the most action packed gnooze ever

  • Yes,I agree.And it had a fine dining segment.

  • Was the G hard today?

  • That's going to be the feel good hit of the winter!

Must have been a slow Gnooze day ...

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

  • I am no fan of bugs... heck I die a little when I see one in real life... but that was kinda... sadish.

  • Hello,Marta.

After watching that voracious lizard eating those crickets,I know Zarstar industries would love to invest in it's developement. As an insect control device. Imagine turning a herd of them loose on a picnic area. Bug free happiness for all.

Thank yoou for a wonderful video.

    B.

  • What a hungry little critter !

  • Hungry one.

  • i laughed, i cried, i cheered. two thumbs up.

  • Them crickets looked nervous.

  • Is this what you need the dog sitter for?

  • I lked it.

  • cute!

  • I thought it was cute.. but does it only eat crickets? Poor thing, I suppose that would get old really fast.. it was cute anyway... surrealistic actually.. you substituting your news show with a gecko.... I think its ART!!! But what do I know? I won't tell you what I know!!! ;)

  • This was my take on it too. I think for some reason that there is something more to this art. It's like montage, this little battle for survival in the midst of the world their crazy human friends are running. Then again, I could be wrong. Anyways, always good to see something new in the Gnooze.

  • The sound track was good too. Now,substitute the opening theme from Jaws.

  • your take on it was entirely more complex than mine... just like art, you bring what you have to the party....part of the experience!

  • sorry, didn't fascinate me. would rather you'd talked about yourself .... i appreciate how much of your scarce time it must take to do gnooze every night -tough challenge and you work so hard for us. glad you were kind of able to take the night off.

  • Oh, the humanity!

Special nature edition, eh? Maybe next time do quick a Marlin Perkins or Steve Irwin impression.

  • Or Nigel Thornberry.

  • Or David Attenborough

  • Now that's a bad date....

  • Quite the voracious li'l lizard. Can I ask what your day job is?

  • Ptrptms, lizards don't have day jobs.

  • much like what the gnooze does to the news, they clearly watched a lizard for a very long time (they're beasts of boredom) and showed the interesting bits in a silly way. Kudos!

  • If I didnt know better, I could have sworn that lizard was scowling ;)

  • I agree,he deserved a dinner wine to go with the crickets.

  • Was that a Gnute? (the G is silent)

  • Eww! He gets all that sand in his mouth.

  • Actually,it is necessary. The sand gets to the crop (gizzard) to help grind up the food.Since it "passes through" new roughage is needed often.

And,let me tell you,the lizard's hemmarhoids realy hurt...
