Sorry, but 20 Euros per month is unreal. I simply can't believe that the average income in Moldova is 20 Euros. I know that there exist people like that, but tha'ts not your country's average. And the worst emmigration rate has Kosovo.

A 1 /4 (a milion people) of mldavian population is working outside of country, it's mean that they have a normal europeean salarium. But this money aren't counted by Ministry of Finances of Moldova. So, we are not so poor like you think.

It's all the same shit in every ex-communist country so chill - you're not alone in the misery :) My country Bulgaria, i've also been in Romania, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and you see all these pictures everywhere.There are 2-3 new roads, some shiny trade centers but basically it's all about broken infrastructure, low purchasing power and demoralised citizens. Few have recovered from the aftereffects of communism.
