  • impressive how army of US decide to go to foreign nation. amazing how they did there. it must have been very confusing for american sodliers to know what they are saying. Greetings from Poland : )

  • Good let Marines and our Ukrainian Army work together , enough of Maskali na nashej zemlje , all u Russians are murderers look what u did in Georgia I wish u all suffer thieves and whores. !!!!!!! Ukraine Georgia America Together Forever !!!!!!

  • Those are not soldiers. Those are marines.

  • @hapajin can you explain what the differences are?

  • @xy274 U.S Marines, are Considered the USA Shock Force, most of the time they are the very first in a war, Word Marine means "Fighting man from the Sea."

the U.S Marines are know to fight to the death and have never in their history retreated from Combat. they also have the hardest Basic/Bootcamp in the USA. the USMC made it's name around the world during WW1 for there Expert shooting with a rifle a very long ranges. their saying is "every man a Riflemen."

  • @Dogmeat1950 Fighting to the death? Never retreating?

  • @xy274 yep, look it up. with the exception of a few hundred that were under U.S Army command in the early part of WW2 and were forced to Surrender because a Army General said so. U.S Marines are know fight to the bitter end and have never retreated, they made that very clear during the Korean war when 15,000 Marines became trapped ,they push through some 155,000 Chinese troops and linked back up with U.N forced and declared they were still on the Offensive and ready to keep attacking.

  • @Dogmeat1950 i am very amazed right now.

  • @Dogmeat1950 First of all I grew up in a Marine family, there ain't nothing wrong with having to fall back sometimes. Its dumb meatheads like you that just think there is something wrong with it. And second the Marines surrendered during the Philippines, I'm pretty sure they surrendered at Wake Island also. And during the war of 1812 they surrendered to the British during the Battle of Bladensburg.

  • @gunzsarge fail. where no Marines at Bladensburg, the Marines that surrendered at the Philippines, refused to surrendered 2 times and where also under Army Commander. the only Surrendered because they where told too by the Army and even said they only did it under Protest, talking about a few hundred Marines and because of their Surrender the 5th Marines where struck from the Roster and their Flag removed. it was a huge dishonor for the Corps.

  • @Dogmeat1950 It should be noted that the Marines in the Philippines did not do much fighting in the defense of the Philippines. On Bataan, there were fewer than 75 Marines compared to between 10,000 and 15,0000 Army troops. Most of the troops defending Bataan were untrained Philippine personnel. The 5th Marine Regiment never fought in the Philippines. The only Marine Regiment in the Philippines was the 4th Marines which remained on Corregidor while Soldiers fought on Bataan.

  • @gunzsarge at Wake Island most of them died only of a few them where taken alive and that was because of battle wounds and starvation plus they ran out of ammo and water.

Falling back is not retreating. their is a Reason why Marines shot Surrender is not in are creed.

  • @Dogmeat1950 Only 120 of the 400+ Marines died at Wake and only like 50 were wounded. Instead of sucking on the cock of the world's stupidest military force you could just agree with the other 98% of Americans and just say that AMERICA is the best in the world.

  • @gunzsarge America is a great place. no place it the perfect. as for calling the worlds most advance military stupid well lol. your kind of stupid.

keep in Mind Battle of Wake Island was the only time during WW2 that a Naval Landing was defeated. took the Japs 2 tries to take wake.

and it says your a American so...ya lol. Sorry you hate the USA move to Mexico or something nobody is stop you.

  • @Dogmeat1950 I wasn't saying America's military was stupid. The Marine Corps has the lowest ASVAB scores needed to get in which is saying something since the ASVAB is the easiest test I have ever taken. And it don't matter if it took the Japanese Marines 1,000 tries to take Wake, they still took it. Again your just some guy that is sitting on the bandwagon with the Corps' dick in your mouth.

  • @gunzsarge Um....no, I have Taken the ASVAB and plan on joining the Corps. you need a 30 or higher on the test for the Army,Navy and USMC to join those Branches. it also Depends on the job your going after. also if your a women you need 50 on the ASVAB for all Branches

Seems like you don't know much about how the ASVAB works for someone who has taken it.

when trying to mock someone try to make sure you know how the ASVAB works.

  • @gunzsarge The Corps doesnt make exceptions. If you fail, you fail. If you're planning on joining the U.S. Army, guess what, you can still score much lower and still get in, because they make exceptions.

  • @M16rickytick Gotta love our Military ;D. And at least your not like that dick head Dogmeat and was trying to start something.

  • @gunzsarge The Marines at Bladensburg did not surrender at. However, they did not hold back the British. That honor belongs to a unit of sailors led by Commodore Joshua Barney.

  • @Dogmeat1950 On Saipan, on 7 July 1944, the Japanese launched their final attack. It was directed against the 105th Infantry which, despite terrible casualties to its 1st and 2nd Battalions, stopped the attack. Another Army regiment, 106th Infantry, drove theJapanese back. The only Marine unit involved was an Artillery Battalion, 3/10th Marines. The Japanese overran 3/10t Marines and captured all their guns. 106th Infantry rescued the survivors of 3/10th Marines and recovered their guns.

  • @exarmydoc might want to go read check your history, the USMC moved faster on that Island then the U.S Army granted they where up against thicker Jap forces, the Army was bitched at for not moving fast enough at the start of the battle for the Island, it was so bad that the Army general in charge was REPLACED by a U.S Marine General.b only time in history where a Marine General took over a Army Generals Division.

  • @Dogmeat1950 The 27th ID was facing tougher resistance than either of the Marine Divisions. HM Smith relieved Ralph Smith because he(HM Smith) believed the 27th ID was not pushing its attack against light resistance. After relieving Ralph Smith, HM Smith detached 3 battalions from the 27th ID and attached them to the 4t Marine Division. All told, HM Smith detached 5 of the 27th ID's 9 battalions and attached them to Marine units. They were less than half strength through most of the fight.

  • @Dogmeat1950 After the gyokusai, HM Smith praised the 3/10th Marines for their courage. He called the Soldiers who actually fought and died defeating the Japanese attack "yellow cowards".

  • @Dogmeat1950 dont forget the difference in battlefield doctrine. Marines would move past pockets of resistance and leave them for the people behind to clear up. The Army's way of doing it was to not move forward until all resistance was cleared. Also the marine general had not inspected the territory and thus did not realize that the 'slower' army units had tougher territory to move through since the japanese held the high ground. Try to brush up on ur own history before correcting others buddy.

  • @hapajin The issue on Saipan was not any difference between Army and Marine Corps doctrine. The "brilliant" HM Smith was unaware that the 27th ID, which he had rendered ubderstrength, was facing the toughest resistance in Central Saipan.

  • @hapajin The Marine Corps believed the tactic of direct frontal assault was the only way to go at an enemy. On Peleliu, that kind of thinking got 6500 Marines of the First Marine Division killed or wounded. ist Marine Division was withdrawn from Peleliu and the Army's81t Infantry Division completed the conquest of the island.

  • @exarmydoc Whatever...all in all a marine is a rifleman first...an army soldier is...well, it depends....but odds are they'd be in a rear echelon duty.

  • @Dogmeat1950 Ralph Smith was temporarily replaced by Army General Sanford Jarman, who was on Saipan to become garrison commander once the island was secured. Sanford Jarman was replaced by Army MG George Griner. The only Marine General who commanded an Army Division was John LeJeune, who commanded the 2nd Infantry Division in WWI. Look up your Marine History.

  • @exarmydoc HISTORY FAIL!

Marine General Holland Smith, still booted a Army general out, which never happened before

  • @xy274 Only members of the Army can be called soldiers. The marines are a seperate, much smaller force subbordinate to the Department of the Navy and are simply called marines. Dogmeat1950 is obviously a fanboy and exaggerating their characteristics.

  • @hapajin Marine Colonel Robert D. Heinl titled his history of the Marine Corps SOLDIERS of the Sea(emphasis added). Look it up at Amazon if you do not believe it.

  • @exarmydoc I'm talking about current vernacular. What a particular book title says changes nothing.

  • @hapajin Why do Marines try to credit themselves with what Soldiers accomplished?

  • @exarmydoc inferiority complex.

  • @hapajin That is the best explanation I have ever heard.

  • a huli oni tam delayut? priehali na telok posmotret'?

    Operation Eagle Claw 1979: DISASTER

    Battle of Mogadishu 1993: DISASTER

    Enough said!

  • @Troy36s the U.S Military was not in the bay of pigs dumb shit.

the U.S Military won all the Battles in Vietnam and never let the commies take over the South.

Operation Eagle claw was a Rescue mission put together really fast and only failed because of Tech Problems, the Operation never fired a shot.

lets not forget the greatest Rescue mission ws done by the USA in WW2 in the Phillipines. they saved over 500 POW's 50 miles behind enemy lines.
