- Does the game have open world? or is it like DDO (Dungeons and Dragons)?

- Is there a PK system in game? I mean like turn the pk on and kill people around instead of PvP.

- Does the game have Castle Siege and/or massive PvP Arenas?

- About the gameplay, do you point and click to attack? Or is it like DDO, click to attack?

I play both games guys and i have to say i agree with icipher. I do because pvp and pve are both great parts of a mmo and saying pvp is for people who like to jack themselfs is wrong. think of ALL the games out there that are good because you have to face other people to get the full enjoyment. your right icipher, although wotlk(8/10) is boring content wise, cataclysm should greatly improve the game and yes, arena does take a lot of skill once u r in the high rating over 2k, because most teams will have same gear level and counters

also i play lotro(8/10) and love the lore as for eveonline, it is only good if you spend full time hours on it, long time players have HUGE advantages and ipwnthb saying pvp is awesome on it is funny, mostly large groups picking off small ones. aion 8/10

The entire warcraft series only started after Blizzard didnt get the rights to make a game about Warhammer, and they based the warcraft series off warhammer anyway. Lotr was the first of its kind, no parallel though both are enoyable.

The lord of the rings canon was beginning to be fleshed out during the 30's and 40's and the literature containing lord of the rings lore was first published throughout the fifties and 60's. After Tolkiens death his son republishled some works and others that were still considered unfinished like the similarion. This fantasy universe has reall been the greatest influence on the modern fantasy genre and im sure WoW would agree that they pay many homages to LOTR
