after seeing the movie countless times..i just finally finished the book for the first time and wanted a "mockingbird" fix ....i found this and actually teared up! awesome video,,,,,,,,,,thanks.....very well done....
My mom finally thought I was old enough to read the book, so I read it and loved it. Scout reminds me so much of myself, because I'm a tomboy and all, and my father's an attorney, just like Atticus. Come to think of it, my brother's a bit like Jem as well. We're like a family of Finches! :D
I remembered that Gregory Peck died a few years ago but I couldn't place the precise year. I would've loved to be in Scout's shoes for just a few moments. I miss Gregory Peck and I love this movie sooo much. Thank you :')
@OctoberSkyFall I wish Peck was still around too! He passed in 2003, I was only 6 at the time, and had no idea who he was, I discovered his acting about 1 year ago, this sounds crazy, but that man changed my life, if it weren't for him, I would be who I am today. He is my favorite actor of all time. And I'm only 14 years old. I wish more kids my age appreciated his movies like I do.
I cry every time I see the end of the movie.. when he takes her in his arms... and she says "he would be in Jem's room all night, and he would be there when Jem waked up in the morning".... Atticus is my father model actually.... and Greg is a perfect Atticus :)... thanks for all your comments :)
