  • Hello! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker burned tons of fat.

  • @Jrinmiamidade they said no fast digesting carbs and some fruits have to be avoided. fruits with HGI (high glycemic index) i.e. watermelons. a banana is known for its low gi and is the safest fruit to eat by endos

  • great discussion below me. all I know is that I know some men who were ectomorphs with a fast metabolism. they said that when they were my age (20) they could eat "anything" without becoming fat. When they turned 30 their metabolism slowed down, it fcking changed and know they are very fat. they say they didn't change their diets since they were 20 and never did any type of sports their whole life.. that's just what i heard. believe whatever you want. ;)

After I turned into an endo and put on 50lbs of muscle and 100lbs of fat, even though more muscle and more weight burns more calories, I am not an endo and my metabolism slow! Then I cut to being a meso and my metabolism speeded up again! How fascinating!

    Somatotypes are a myth and is a theory that has long been discredited. Of course different people and races have different body tendencies but the fact is: Most people are a "combination" of these three, which begs the question of why there are three types that very few people fall exclusively under? Also, muscularity seems to completely skew these "bodytypes" since it can often depend more on the training/nutrition aspect as well as lifestyle rather than the genetic.

  • Somatotypes don't exist in my opinion. You can only gain weight if you consume more calories than you expend. You can only lose weight if you consume less calories than you expend. If the two are roughly equal, you maintain. That is science. Laws of thermodynamics at work. Energy can never be created or destroyed and always follow the mathematical quantity called entropy.

    Somatotypes are just base generalizations on people's activity and eating habits; it has nothing to do with them physiologically (barring health issues and certain metabolic conditions).

    Different people have different dispositions and life-styles that cause them to be the way they are. That's still well within their control and has nothing (re: very, very little) to do with physiological differences from person to person (again, barring people with health conditions such as thyroidal problems and the like).

    The proof is that BMR is relatively stable and consistent from individual to individual. So if two people ate the same caloric intake and had relatively similar BMRs; the only part of the equation left is "energy out" - or energy expended. Exercise, NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis), life-style differences and a few other factors which are primarily in control of each person is what will change daily expenditure.

  • Have a glass of water before breakfast and you will eat less. brush your teeth after meals to try and minimize snacking. Eat before 18:00 if possible.

  • @Jasielalberto32310 Endomorphs - people who store fat more easily than others. Like they are normally above 13% body fat on a day-today-basis

    Ectomorphs - Very lean around 8% or less body fat on a daily basis with fast metabolism (usually always have visible ab muscles) It is harder for these people to gain weight

    Mesomorph - In between the previous 2 body types described, ideal for bodybuilding

  • Hey guys. As far as the calculator that's on the link: It gave a really high number for required carbs and a REALLY low number for protein... I'm 240 and even when calculating losing 2 lbs a week it said to consume like 350carbs and only 95protein grams a damn...seems off no?

    Schedule accordingly to your active time. From the time that you wake, to the time that you sleep, I imagine would be not a terrible a idea. Day or night shouldn't matter, what should matter is when to plan your meals from the time you're awake and already active.

  • @mandoc1981 no, if your already lean, do no cardio just bulk! Get bigger than you really want to get, so when you stop bulk and start cutting, you will lose the fat and with that your gonna lose muscle mass.

  • Hey guys. just wanna give a tip for you, we all know that normal whey protein can be filled with a lot of bullshit and sugars and stuff. i recommend buying a good quality plain whey protein and add your own flavorings like cacao powder. this way save alot of money on protein and the nutritional value is so much better than that chocolate flavour protein with 10g of sugar a scoop. i hope this helps you, but its only advice . YOU CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANNA DO

  • Thanks twins, appreciate the vid, I'm an endomorph and was wondering if this would work for me. I wanted to every other day switch between bulking and shredding, lets say on my shredding day I do my 20 minutes or so of cardio and eat only lean protein and fibrous cards throughout that day and the next day do my heavy lifting and eat my lean proteins with my slow digesting carbs. Do you think that I would be able to add muscle and cut fat at the same time doing something like this?
