@codecaine - my old notebook had problems running a barebones Windows XP and even Ubuntu Linux so no surprise that its slow ;)

Tried it on a desktop in the meanwhile and it runs very smooth indeed.

your system can barely handle the os x

The boot takes FORVEVER, just save yourself the time and hassle of getting os x on a windows machine and get a MUCH better computer in a MAC!
