i remember my grandpa telling me story about world war 2 american soldier die to liberate our country in philipines my granpa was a scout ranger of the phillipine army capt... jose lopez liwanag the story he told me about the us marines how brave they are and by then marines are few my grandpa have a lot of friends US servicemen in clack airbase phillipines thank you for liberating us! how lucky to be american because of people who gave all to restore freedom and democracy!

Sometimes I wonder if the Filipinos have forgotten Clark Field, Coreggidor, Bataan, etc. It's great to know that isn't true and that the sacrifices made during WWII by all on the Allied side, especially the Philippines, who suffered one of the most brutal parts of the Pacific war.
