Ive done it because im using it for a banner for a website im making but the problem is the colours change back to black and white once ive save the image is there anyway to get around that because im fairly new to photoshop and dont know much :P thanks

The filter effect that was being used was, Stylize>wind, and then just keep rotating the canvas and repeat the process until you have the length and shape you want. After that all was done was adjusting the different color settings to get your color.

I love the effect but there is no way anyone can follow what you are doing. It is not possible to see

what you are clicking on as you go. You should film it closer up or give us a spoken description as you go along. I would love to learn exactly what you are doing, but you have made it impossible. Please help.
