I thought they also already started implementing this in the US military.. I heard someone say they wouldn't take it and they gave him a medical discharge to not raise any eyebrows. The excuse for it was to get rid of dog tags and keep vital info on it in case the soldier is wounded..

You're talking about passive RFIDs, they are not enabled with GPS and most have a range of about 25 yards. RFIDs in products are for improved supply chain efficiency and theft deterrant. Gillette isn't tracking you. I wouldn't worry about passports, IDs, etc being used for tracking as the info on the RFID is more likely to be stolen for ID theft.
