  • Thanks for the review. Can this be ordered online anywhere? I didn't see it at my local shop in Ottawa.

  • @akrisciunas Hi there - I purchase mine locally from a small chain in the maritimes. Im not totally sure of a good place to order online in Canada? If I hear of a good place though I will let you know. Cheers

  • If you taste a grapfruit flavour, then it's likely cascade hops. Possibly centennial in there as well.

  • It's a shame we are in different countries (I'm in the U.S.) because it would be fun to do a beer exchange, but it would be very expensive. I like to do both kits and partial mash. Sometimes I want to do the beer in a shorter time, so kits are great. When I have a lot of time in the day, I can do partial mash. They both taste great if you use good technique.

  • I made The brown sugar lagger and it was exellent man you will like it . But got to have the dark brown sugar !! cheers !

  • exellent vid man cool that your are trying new stuff !!

  • Nice work. Looks great. I don't know if you can help me with this but coincidently I did the Munich Lager and the Newcastle brown kits you did in previous reviews.I am having a problem with head retention on them. Both get a nice head and then it just disappears after a minute or so to pretty much nothing. Any advice?

  • Someone needs to invent smell-o-vision.....or taste-o-vision.

  • Looks tastey!

  • 1st! YEAH!
