Not true. Most crimes are commited by Japanese however the media seems to focus on crimes commited by foreigners. Also, yes. There are prisons. And the death penalty. They also hang people

I wish I could have talked to your friend. I was sent to jail for two years for burglary. while there I was raped repeatedly by black men and it was a terrible experience. It's no joke and it has stung me for life.
