Bobbin' Bumblebee will do if you can't get your hands on Loupin Louie (which is a slightly superior game). I managed to pick up my copy of Loopin' Louie in a Woolworths in Scotland when they were on half off sale.
You can still buy Loopin' Louie in toy stores in Sweden, and I would guess in other parts of Europe. There's also a recent American version of the game called Bobbin' Bumblebee that should still be available just about everywhere. Awesome game by the way. The tournament rules, where the winner of each game starts the next game with one less chicken until you've won three games, makes it even more fun!
I have this game but I have a big issue with it, if you learn it well enough you can kill off every other player by making the plane jump over the other players before him.

haha! Loopin freakin' Louie!!! I remember, it seems so long ago, my dad got my brother and I this one christmas. We had so much fun with it!
