Brilliant! If the reporter sees an atrocity, and doesn't know the whole story behind it, he has no business reporting it. So we should leave the job of reporting on war to the government - the one truly impartial source of information... yeah, right!
Hey, Jeff Gannon, come on back to work - your country needs you!
I don't think you understand your own statement. You attempt to attribute a detrimental fascination with intellect solely to "liberals" (whatever that means). You conveniently forget that the past 3 (if not more) "conservative" republican presidents cherry-picked their economic advisers from ivy league institutions. Obviously, the whole fascination with intellect is a society thing and not simply a liberal one. I don't want a guy off the street performing my surgery...bey hey, you go with that.
Yes, and they destroyed the economy -- Republicans and Democrats, highly educated people and they destroyed the economy. What's so difficult to understand about that statement? The liberals are the ones clinging to this "intellectual" card with Obama and calling everyone else stupid. My point is that intellect isn't everything. If it takes a Joe-Blow off the street to report the truth instead of feeding us indoctrination like the degreed media, good for him. Sheesh!
I don't think this moron Joe can even point to Israel on world map. but again, Americans don't deserve a more intelligent person to represent them. We had bush as our president for eight years.
Wow, you liberals really are braindead. Intellect is not beneficial if one uses it to indoctrinate people. And all of those highly educated Ivy Leaguers just destroyed our economy.
Liberals have latched on to this "intelligence" card because it makes them feel superior, but they ignore all the other aspects that make a person enlightened, integrity, honesty and a sense of fairness. Not too intellectual, libs.
Firstly, didn't Bush graduate from Yale? Hank Paulson graduated from Harvard? Bush Sr and Reagan's Secretary of Treasury from Harvard & Princeton. Does that mean that "conservatives" (whatever that means) are "indoctrinated?" Intellect is a good thing...embrace it.
This is ridiculous. The point is they're educated Ivy Leaders that failed the economy. The indoctrinated part was about the media. I can't believe I have to explain that. Just go on with the repeated nonsense replies. You'll never get it anyway.
Anti-intellectualism is not beneficial if one uses it to indoctrinate people, either...like Joe the Unlicensed Plumber has done with you. How bout we agree that indoctrination is bad...
