@Arealistforthetruth While we may never fully know the plan behind what God does, we do know these facts. 1 - God is a jealous God, Exodus 20:4–5 states it clearly and gives solid reasoning for that. 2 - We cannot rule out the Tsunami, HIV, and other disasters as God's divine judgement. 3 - In Christianity, life and death are not defined in worldly terms, but in eternal terms, with life being everlasting, and death being the eternal "absence of God", murder is an act committed by man, not God.

In response to your comment, the simple fact is this, fanatics blow themselves up because they choose to, and before you say "why doesn't God stop them?", think about the ramifications of that, God tells us in Deuteronomy 30:15 in simple terms that we have the path of Life and Death set before us and by our own choice we ourselves determine our fate, so why would God take away free will?

Simple mistake. Have we repaid for our mistakes? He would like to do stuff for us and forgive us, but Satan points out all the indemnity we built up and says "if you could forgive them then why not me?" We also need to fulfill our responsibility you know. Without our 5% portion of responsibility we would be more like God's robots instead of his children if God had all the responsibility. Also if you want miracles from god that just builds more indemnity because you need to pay off the miracle.

We can't ever pay for our "mistakes" (we call them sins and we all own them, by deep conviction). The Bible makes that clear... we are all sinners and therefor not worthy to satisfy God's divine need for justice. Jesus Christ has paid that price and gone to the cross for all of our salvation by grace, and not by works... if we only accept and believe that key point of all the Bible books. Look and see in every Bible story that no person ever was sinless except Jesus Christ, who was and is God!
