The doctors I've seen lately were very poor listeners. They seem to want to do all the talking and based their diagnosis on what they had seen in previous patients with similar symptoms instead of keeping an open mind and applying their medical knowledge or training. I had never seen any of the 4 doctors so I should have walked into their office with a clean slate. Every one of them said "I've seen this before" right off the bat and then I knew their objectivity was tainted.

I showed two specialist and a GP larvae that had inflamed my scrotum. All three told me it was a worm and prescribed anti-psychotic medicine. An extensive case-study was carried out in June, 09, and the conclusion was that Morgellons should be added to the nomenclature of medicine as a sub-dermal disease, and that doctors should spend some time examining the patient, and to hold back on using the truncated term Delusional Parasitosis. Just to reassure you, Joint pain is common in teens, it's because you're growing. Tingling/crawling sensations are fairly common, either because of an underlying skin condition or merely psychological. As for the white things, they could just be dead tissue, but ask your doctor next time it happens and make sure they biopsy the strands.
