Garageband if you have a mac is a free way to make ringtones if you already have the songs or just sound.

Great review, just purchased it, and i have to say dat this is truly a pretty kool app. I have so many apps( who doesn't) but Toneaphone became one of my favs. I downloaded a song or ringtone called " Gimme my money" becuz I say that like evryday and its too funny. Check it out, its really not bad : )

I don't believe Apple created or allow certain apps that priviledge. Even facebook has complications with their app due apple regulations and are holding off on updates. I don't c this problem with any other carrier... Newayz I think the app is kool for the most part - looks like they put alot of effort into this. If you ask me, u usually pay 99 cents for just one ringtone most of the time anyway. Nice review ASR.

No, believe it or not, it's $1.99 for over 100 ringtones and I think that they will be updating the app with more ringtones as times goes on. I hope so at least. But this is a great ringtone app. I like the one called "Just like Me". lol
