It is an Island off of Africa that France has owned since 1841, They have been stealing and pillaging the islands for years. It is a launch point for the mega fishing boats that scoop up large amounts of sea food to send to Europe, while leaving the native people starving because they can't make a living on the few fish left behind.

@omgomglame Actually, most places were in good shape before whites came. Be it China, Peru, or Hawaii. We think that because people are not living like we do, worshipping like we do, valuing what we value they are not in a good place.Hawaii's a example of how displacing cultural norms destroyed a civilization.Often we don't hear the gains that Africa is making in the west. We only hear stories like these. Parts of Africa are poise to be the new China and many companies are investing in them now.

@jackfire55 Again, you never responded, how many times have you been to France and how many linguas do you speak? The one thing that the upper level of all society respects is being multilingual. Even people in northern Europe countries speak at least 2 linguas. While it is a common thing in Africa, even with the poor and other wise, uneducated. Not many low IQ people speak and write more than one languages, not just dialect's.

For example, Nigeria has and average IQ of 112, while Burkin Faso is 67. Northern Italy is 103, while southern Italy is 84. When the state were done by Mr. Lynn, he didn't account for immigrants to Europe,many places don't keep stats by race. He looked at middle and upper class EU and poor africans.

When age, class and education is evaluated across racial and ethnic lines, the curve flattens.
