I take issue with the 'F' in UFO when watching videos filmed from orbiting space craft. The 'F' implies 'flying', which in the lower atmosphere requires propulsion in order to overcome drag and produce lift. In orbit there is still a very thin atmosphere, which requires periodic boost, but the presence of an object in orbit does not suggest flight by default. An orbiting is really a UOO, and unless it disobeyes orbital mechanics or is obviously not natural, it's not a UFO.

The space station isn't flying, and neither is the shuttle. They're both in orbit. So, why does a mundane looking object which shows no sign of control suddenly become an unidentified flying object, just because it's not identified? It's not a UFO because it's not flying. Sure, it's unidentified but the fact that it does not qualify as flying and exhibits no control or unusual features makes it an unidentified orbiting object - read space junk.

Way too fast for a satellite. They follow the Earth speed, not gain on it. There is definitely something that passed right by and the University Diplomed Scientist did not see it, or they simply ignore it cause for them it's a daily occurence. Their boss is an ET anyway!

That was clearly a shadow of something crossing the earth at high speed, but it was not the object, you can see the shadow change shape as it travels, due to the differing altitude's of the clouds and ground, the shadow is being cast upon. Possible satelite, but not sure.
