2008 Phil seems much more mellow than present day Phil. Normally he would have made five or six dirty jokes within the first 2 minutes, but the only remotely offensive thing he jokes about is Vanilla Ice, and who cares about that? It's a little surprising, is all.

The reason his voice sounds different is cuz the camera he uses in this vid is older so it was bad at picking up voices etc. But he got a newer camera and uses that so he sounds different in his newer videos.

It's amazing how much better Phil's recording abilities have improved. We went from vids like this where: camera is to the side, the audio isn't totally caught, and the settings are off. Now all of that has improved, and if possible, he's even funnier.
