  • *Takeoff* *someone has a ciggy* *landing*

  • thats what you get for flying with a low cost airline

  • @Skybluesam94

It can happen to you with other airlines that's not low cost...The chance for an emergency is equal, by the way my brother works for Ryanair as a flight attendant and the previous 2 days the have one medical emergency and also a technical....the cockpit window was almost broked in.

  • great discription

  • it was me havin a ciggy in the toilet for fucks sake

  • very fast landing

  • @RYANAIR850 140 knots is a pretty decent speed.

  • To było w Polsce? Pozdrawiam!

  • Still, it goes fast a Boeing 737.

in fact, I feel like it's going faster than a jumbo jet or a380

  • i was onn that plane it was scary and i saw some smoke on the engine because i was sitting next to the engine.

then from the obove head panel oxygen mask came and we have put it on.

and the plane was going fast on the runwey in dublin and fought we are crash.

  • Why not have the emergency crew more towards the end of the runway? Or even staggered along the lenght of it rather than having to to chase the plane down the runway?

  • @GarGPS "Why not have the emergency more towards the end of the runway?" Because standing on the runway while there is a plane crashing on top of you is a very dumb idea. What are they supposed to do? Stand at the end of the runway with a catcher's mit and say, "come on airplane, right here baby!" Last time I checked, you're not supposed to stand on a runway underneath a landing plane. It is both a Darwin and FAA regulation.

  • @blitz88krieg I don't think Gar was suggesting the fire crews wait on the runway, just that they hold short at a point further down, so they can be closer to the aircraft when it has slowed down.

  • Thats far too fast !! well over 140 knots!

  • good job geat

  • Smelled smoke..not smelt smoke!

  • at ryanair all landing are emergency landings xD

  • lol

  • ooo polaków tam słyszę ;D pozdrawiam

  • The reason for the smoke smell was most likely because of a faulty maintenance. Fresh air for the plane comes from the engines. If there is a problem there oil can be burned and smoke gets into the cabin. This stuff is highly toxic! look for more infos about this stuff. This is a well known problem in aviation industry

  • thanks guy

  • @nodlimax More aircraft are being built without bleed air from the engines now. The newer ones have vent holes in the wings.

  • that plane came in pretty quickly

  • what happeened with 737 ?? why emergency???

  • They smelt smoke on the plane, and returned back to dublin airport.

  • @hamlet123456789 no - they 'smelled' smoke. Smelt is a kind of fish.

  • @yoggers56 Smelt is also in the dictionary as "a simple past tense and past participle of smell." Both usages are acceptable.

  • thanks for post

  • They smelt smoke on the plane, and returned back to dublin airport.

  • ;p maybe;d

  • someone smoked a cigg onboard:P

  • thx. i dont know:)
