All depends on what you mean by Reform
Some people say that we must allow Insurance companies to offer Insurance over state lines, Henceforth creating competition. That Competition will in turn give people a VAST amount of options to decide from. And with that Amount of Options, Insurance companies will Lower prices, Or cover More, Or both, to remain competitive.
Other reform is having the GOV start a business to offer healthcare.
THe first is accomplished with the swipe of a pen.

im not sure what its about because im in england. but we have a national health care system that is payed for by the tax payer ( so much percentage out of wage). this enables even the poorest to get healthcare. tho there is also private health care available for those who wish to pay extra for that. and yes the vaccine will kill you.... swine flu-chances are will kill maybe as many as normal flu already does.... vaccine isnt a cure, there is no cure for influenza of any kind

1) No Medical licenses (joe blow with a GED can perform heart surgery)
2)End the FDA (or reform, this one I can live with)
3)Abolish tariffs on imported drugs (as if that would curb costs, what evidence do that have that the tariffs are the problem in the first place, just give the pharmaceutical companies more profits)
4)Abolish patent laws (as if we don't have enough problems with the quality of the current drugs out there now...)

If the healthcare in the US is as good as these people seem to be fighting for why does it rate worse than systems in many African countries? It's the European cities and Canada that have the better systems.
