Yes, this drama is about plastic surgery and I don't like it. She could have gone slim by her own strengh and this is not good to promote either, but... If you notice, it seems the scriptwriters are willing to show us a reality and then show that everything is not roses only. She can't kiss properly or is afraid of being caught, she lives with the fear of them figuring it out too. It seems they want to show the reality and to make people understand and see the other side. It's good.
