  • so adorable

  • She really has come so far from this video. From a child we thought would always have difficulties to a VERY VERY BRIGHT little girl who is a month into 3rd grade math at age 7. I am forever proud of her accomplishments!

  • shes grown so much. and shes such a wonderful girl.

  • she reminds me of my kiddo at that age. He is 6 1/2 and HFA. He is very talkative and smiley like your little one, I bet she keeps you laughing all the time with her unique perspective on life.

  • Looks like she is a smart little girl!

  • i love love love this video! she's adorable!

  • She is wonderful! Her speech is amazing. I hope my son can speak as well as she does someday.

  • She's BEAUTIFUL!!

  • I love the way you draw her out verbally ! My son will be 4, July 2009, and we do the same for him...find a subject he wants to talk about and just keep him going. You were asking questions and keeping her engaged...good for you..Autism doesn't have to be all strict and structured, every kid needs some fun wiggle room! Good on You!!!

  • I love this. I love her talking about her birthday. That is precious. That was great talking.

  • Aww, she's soo cute!! And adorable!

  • By the way, the people who are talking about a shirt are so prudish!

At THAT age, what does it matter?

Above the waist, a little girl is exactly the same as a little boy.

  • She's so cute!

  • Thank you for the smiles!

She is very beautiful and has a great life ahead of her!

  • Wonderful declarative title!!!

People should always approach children WITH a disorder instead of AS a disorder.

    ^^

  • shes beautiful....i work with autistic children..and for those of you who ask why she has a diaper on? im surprised she has anything on....cant keep any clothes on em.lol. most i see is a pair of buns running away. shes too cute...autism is a very misunderstood thing and many people just dont understand. so thanks for putting this out there.

  • Jo, I didn't know that. My son is 12 and has Asperger's and he's always been much more comfortable out of clothes. It never occurred to us that that could be an aspect of the autism! Learn something new every day.

  • i think its because of the lack of inhibition and heightened senses. one of the little boys i work with is severely autistic. he has an awesome memory and perfect pitch. another one i work with has a huge thing with colors..no matter what he asks for he adds a color. and to be honest when are they the most comfortable? in their birthday suits of course. so to be honest i think they associate that with being comfortable.

  • @naithom I'm the same way. I'd tell my mom the jeans felt like cactuses and the bathroom towel was too spiky.

Oh, and a Bug's Life, may i say the loudest, scariest thing I ever witnessed.

  • she is a special gift from god. god saw a pair of parents who needed a very special gift from god. and so came her

  • i'm portuguese,i want to know what you have done with your beatiful child,my son is also autistic...

  • i'm high funtioning autistic, so i know how it feels like.

  • lol isabelle is goin to make the cake

  • Pancakes!I aaked my son ehat he wanted for his 5th birtbay. "green".

When I showed him his birthday sandwiches, choc spread as a treat I asked him what he thoughrt was on them. He has only ver had choc spread at the two induction days at his soon to be primary school. He asked if it was jam and when I said no he took another guess. Pickle?!

  • This is a bit off topic, but wow, she has goreous hair. One day she'll have to be in a shampoo commercial:P

  • You have a very cute girl!

  • if she was my neice id spoil her too! she is a delightful little child..you got lucky!

  • What a beautiful child. So cute. And for the "put a shirt on her" comment. All I can say is, You are way too prude.

  • Oh, please! And a burka too... For God sakes, don't let the child feel free!

  • LOL! I have trouble keeping pants on my son..

  • What a gift she is !!! Beautiful little girl and what a laugh!! Loved it!

    Laurie

  • thank you so much. she is doing INCREDIBLY well

  • I'm proud of her. I know all about autism and Asperger's Syndrome, and the differences between the two. They have spectra, and shameless to say, this girl is on the high side for functioning. :) She's very bright.

  • What are the differenes between the two disorders? The only thing that I have read that differiates the two is that there is no language delay or cognitive difficulties. Are there any more differences of which I am unaware?

She is soooo cute. What a sweatheart.

  • There really are none, that I'm aware of. Most ASD specialists hold the same perspective.

Needless to say, I knew someone with Asperger's, that was lower-functioning than some that have been diagnosed with autistic disorder.

  • She's doing so great Tiff!

  • why? shes 3!!!

  • @tiffanyb4 This is a marvelous video! Thanks for uploading it, and thank you for educating the YouTube community about the potential your child has. :)

  • Ok, I have tears in my eyes. I can't believe she's talking so well, and that smile. Makes an aunties heart melt like butter!
