at 7:43 Max gets a reversal DP FADC into ultra.... how come it does not connect to the full ultra? to early maybe? that's the only thing I can think of.

It's a counter-hit that's required for full ultra. Reversal breaks FA armor, but will just give Shinryuken on full ultra.

Actually, Haunts is one of the better Sagats in the US. He consistently places high in most tournaments, and beat Korean national champion Poongko during the gamestop tourney. There's plenty more videos to come later, we were just warming up here...
