Do you have to still use a eye primer when you use the NYX "Milk" jumbo pencil?? I just started using the "Milk" and I can not BELIEVE HOW WELL that stuff makes the eye colors just POP!! It seems like it also keeps the eye color stay on longer?!? Thanks for ur time! LOVE YA--
