@2:25 he mentions pulling a tarp off of the body, plus they are filming with night vision and using flashlights, so im guessing it wasnt easy to see in there. definitely a good prank though.
wow, super green medic! No electrodes connected to the monitor and never even felt for a pulse. We always did crime lab transport and made the green EMT ride in the back with the stiff. Even better when it was a stinky one.
