@Solarangel7 From what I've read of Maitreya's words(I downloaded two of Mr.Creme's books),he does not claim to be God or Jesus either.What I've read is very peaceful and enlightening and does not feel "bad" or "evil"....I am very comforted by the words of Maitreya.I pray for everyone who sees or hears his words and thinks they are "evil"....my hope is that they will awaken and be able to see clearly

wow, I sure hope you are right, humanity needs help and it is the kind of help with which nothing else than Christ will do. I've done quite a lot of reading about Benjamin Creme and Lord Maitreya. Maitreya is also the name relating to a buddist visitation. I can't remember if it was a god, prophet or whatever but the same name is strange. I've also read from certain people that Maitreya is extremely bad and will come as someone declaring peace and all good things. He will lull us into a false sense of security and then...? One person said that you shouldn't even say the name out loud. On a rather more humorous note

One thing that bothers me is the fact that when christ was originally born and the star that signified his birth didnt change form over a dozen times. It also didnt appear to only a selected part of the planet, on the time scale range of almost 2 years. I think the best explaination of those 'lights' is the HARP project, and those where just test runs for the new technology and to see what peoples general reaction is like. I will agree; the idea of a peaceful world is a dream worth hoping for.
