metro east st louis is a shit load worse than those others detroit has some habitable areas east st louis has none accept for that development that they built on old goose hill a few years back.
In Minnesota, buildings like that are like tourist attractions. Just having a vacant lot in your neighborhood makes it a ghetto up here. Hope it stays like that.
