It is wrong to judge the group by a few bad apples, but this video does not tell the whole story certainly nothing we can pass judgment on.

this video has no context, all we see is a police officer pushing a guy off his bike, with out context you cant say this is abuse. im sure if they had at least 3 cruisers on scene that the guy had it coming to him.
plus i don't see any sign of racism in this video, maybe im mistaken but i cant see any black skin or any skin on the biker for that matter, he is all covered up.

police need to minimize the risk to themselves, chances are if they have at least 3 possibly 4 squad cars there the "abused" person probably was a danger to them.
to increase bodily harm, there is no curb and he is well suited up in gear that is suppose to keep injury at bay even being flung 60mph at pavement, i doubt he was feeling much pain.

this was OTT no need for that push, bikes are extremly heavy and could cause the rider considerable injury which would result in the officer being charged.

Use of force is gauged by the totality of the circumstances is that he could have caused a major traffic accident, or may be fleeing from a violent crime. As a Police Officer myself, when we perform an action like this, the offender getting injured or not is the least of our worries. We are more concerned with our safety and the public first.

I am majoring in Criminal Justice, so I best know what I am talking about. As far as police practicing unlawful acts. They don't. Society hears about things that happen on the street before it goes to court and over turned because of clear evidence proving that the officer had probable cause to do whatever it was. But yes, sometimes officers can get a little crazy and do stupid stuff.

There's a video Alex from streetgangs put up with police capping an unarmed hit and run suspect with his hands up unarmed and surrending in the front and then multiple times in the back when he tried to run after getting shot the first time killing him. Everyone acts normally afterwards. Just another day in LA happens all the time.

An MBA with a background in computer engineering makes between 60k-85k here depending on what they are doing. Skip college.
