That's from the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers movie. The old man in the crystals is Zordon when the tube is broken by Ivan Ooze.

I told Royjr36 that the clip was from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie. There was only ever one MMPR movie. There was a Power Rangers Turbo movie, but that had nothing whatsoever to do with the Zeo crystals. You might be thinking of the mini-series when the Rangers were turned into kids and had to hunt down the pieces of the Zeo crystal.

I know way too much about this series.
