  • @TheLIALL No, because "il faut" is an idiomatic phrase for "one must, you must, etc."

  • @TheLIALL That's usually the case but again, it's an idiomatic expression like "il y a." You could also say "Elle doit travailer," which translates to "she has to." :) Il faut is more commonly used in legal terms, for example.. Il faut arreter avant un panneau d'arrete.. One must/you must stop before a stop sign. It also comes up with Il est interdit de... One is forbidden to.. Etc. :) Hope this helps!
