In from Chicago, I visited the streetcars in a field near New Town await use for travel and fun such as diners. The perfect touch. But I had a very strange feeling looking around me. I swear everything is sitting on a flood plain. But I've been assured it just looks that way, that New Town will always be high and dry. And very lovely indeed.
