  • he had the accent down. But the nonsensical gibberish was not funny.

  • This is horrible. Still sounds british.

  • Im australian and this is classic

  • That was weak

  • australians dont HAVE chimneys? D:

at least not where i live in the FUCKING DESERT.

  • @Zschechy lol what's a chimney?

  • Fair dinkum mate , that jumbuck jumped into the billabong before I got me billy tea from me rucksack."Stone the crows,Bruce" said me wife Cheryl, I felt like a bandicoot on a burnt ridge when that jumbuck ran past ,mad as a cut snake he was ,darl! Yeah luv , said I ,reckon you looked like a stunned mullet ,pet ,but he`d be dead as a maggot by now. Anyway, give us a hand cause I`ve been flat out like a lizard drinkin` tryin` ta get the barbie lit ,shit!

That is how we talk....oh yeah!

  • @druss999 How many times can I like this comment, you God!xD

  • Asians cant drive for shit

  • @Rubonixable Well that's because we drive for money and not shit!

  • Um what can I say that won't offend some one like in the previous comments......

    Oh I got it

    LOL

  • Oh shutup. it's a joke. don't take it seriously. And we are perfectly ridiculous and that's okay. The moment we start to try and take ourselves seriously is the day i don't want to be an Australian anymore. Also, eddie is the bomb.

  • i feel like punching him but i cant figure out why somthing just makes me want to go SMACK right in his gob

  • he's be a great aussie hahaha, coming from an aussie

  • The problem is the continuation that Australians are a joke. The world continues these fucking jokes because they legitimately think we say this shit because of Dundee and Irwin. I've got nothing against them, but those two stereotypes have done us nothing but trouble. If you're not offended by the constant bullshit like this as an Australian, I don't understand you. Americans are intolerant of race. I'm intolerant of ignorance. I'm defending my national pride for a good reason.

  • @AdelaideAnon89 oh come on, where's your sense of humour? You're sounding like an American

it's funny "lets put another tube of lager on the barbie" cos a shrimp is too mainstream

dont be so harsh on America, they've had a long history of racial tension, which makes them appear to be racist

  • @Hem4fiction Erm... That kind of 'does' make America racist. If I had a long history as a bigoted rapist, then that's exactly what I would be. Likewise, America is rampant with racist idiosyncrasies and a virulent history of racial hatred and intolerance. Its not racist to point that out, nor is it racist to poke fun at other countries idiosyncrasies. We all know these generalizations arent universal, so when people appear offended by these jokes they are 'choosing' to be offended.

  • @7CellarDoors But Nationality and racism do apply the same concept, you don't put down people who didn't choose. Yes racism has a deeper meaning but that does not disregard nationality. It's not racist to put down other countries but it's still frowned upon

and i don't think Australia is much better than America with their racism

but i dont understand people who label others and judge, let's be who we are and enjoy what we have

  • @Hem4fiction Thats just being naive and unrealistic. Its human nature to generalize, theres nothing wrong with it. This politically correct mongering of anyone who doesnt conform to its irrational view of society is beyond hypocritical, and it misrepresents how people should or should not think. Distorting the very foundation of social thinking to the point where people cant and dont by choice see a difference between racism and generalizations by implying false sense of entitlement

  • @AdelaideAnon89 National pride? This nation was well established thousands of years before it was invaded. I see nothing in our heritage to harbour national pride over. How about human pride? Why divide ourselves into these pidgeon-hole labels which we don't even fit, and get offended when anyone dares to poke fun at national identity? The moment you are offended you are handing power to people to dominate you via your ego. If you stop clinging to pride it's water off a duck's back.

  • @thetwentyfourth Bravo sir. Well said.

  • your all idiots XD

  • IM AUSTRALIAN NOBODY ACTUALLY SAYS ANY OF THIS!

  • @dividingwithzer0 good for you... good for you

  • Its kinda sad that he can to a proper Australian accent better than I can... And I'm actually Australian!! ;)

  • Lol, hilarious! And actually, that does sound kinda like the Australian accent...

    I should know, I'm Australian :D

  • HAHAHAHAHA wait wah. oh merry poppins eh. now i get it.

  • Is Australian and finds this hilarious xDD

  • @sailorgemstone hand in your passport and get the FUCK out of our country.

  • @AdelaideAnon89 Shit bro calm yer tits~ How can you not find this funny~ granted no one says any of it ~ But that's one of the reasons it's so funny~

  • @AdelaideAnon89 Your doing Australia proud. But no seriously, you're acting like an American; forcing people you don't like out of your country for the smallest reasons.

What's next? an attack on me for ribbing you on this? Don't try it mate.

  • @Alec1Mason No offence to Americans.

  • Tube another larger on the barbie. Ah, this sounds nothing like an Australian accent, it sounds like a some poofy pom trying to sound Australian, in the most patronizing kind of way. Which is what poms do so well. We can only laugh at him, not with him, as he's so far off the mark.

  • @saintfletcher He's actually remarking on Dick Van Dyke's accent in Mary Poppins sounding more Australian than Cockney, which it does. Yes, Poms do patronising very well, as we're superior to everyone else, but you knew this, surely?

  • @saintfletcher r u serious, i thought it was decent enough, no he is not patronising, firstly, hes a comedian, one of the best kinds of people, secondly, ive found that most poms ive met are great people, and im an aussie so yeah fuck ya

  • lol, british people.

  • "Put another tube of larger on the barbie?"

Ah yes, the barbequed tubes of australian beer.

  • @rankaratar If you're going to be condescending get it right. I'm Australian, but that doesn't change this though: "larger" (correctly spelled 'lager') is not an Australian beer, it's a type of beer. There are ales and lagers. That's it. Two types. A pilsener is a lager. Stout, dark, guinness etc are ales. Look it up. Get educated. And before you say "Shrimp on the barbie", we call them prawns. Get it got it good. You fucking numpty.

  • @AdelaideAnon89 Oh dear, I'm sorry my lack of forethought and proper research on the classes of beer ruined your comment-reading experience. Please accept my sincerest apologies from the very depths of my heart :D

  • that didn't even sound Aussie at all.. and we don't use the word Blimey that British

  • @batispecela The full sketch was of him making fun of Dick Van Dyke's bad attempt at an English accent in "Mary Poppins" (which inexplicably sounded more Australian than anything else), hence him saying "blimey". :P

  • @needsmoremilk That explains it. This just looked stupid served neat.

  • He looks like a Thunderbird puppet up there, throwing shapes and angles and shit. XDD

  • @marstravolta22 Americans are hilarious, however. They just don't mean to be.

  • @jacksawild He's English.

  • @jacksawild Its funny when an Englishman tries to be superior, but fails at using proper grammar! Oh irony... :)

  • No it isn't, Eddie. That's a sub Dick Van Dyke cockney accent!
