  • 66 year old female. Look/feel not a day over 50, I can vouch for Dr. Wallach. Use his recommended products daily. Check out wallachonline. Also call his show and ask questions.

  • It sounds to me then that people don't die faster because they're athletes, but people die faster because we still are making serious mistakes where nutritional understanding is concerned and being an athlete accelerates the death process because doing anything strenuous makes every system in the body work harder to make up for the fuels that are lost rebuilding the body so it can continue surviving. So athletes can live longer if we just they just take care for themselves correctly.

  • how do i get more minerals baby?nkfc? mcdonald's? raw vegan diet? atkins?

  • @DemonicSymphonic Fruit !

  • @DemonicSymphonic Grind up half a teaspoon of Himalayan Salts, add to cup of water and chug it down once or twice a day, also juice alkaline veggies, eat fruits etc.

  • so, what I get from this video is not that being an athlete is bad but one needs to replenish themselves with electrolytes and take multivitamin and mineral supplements to make up for deficiencies in one's diet.

  • Fauja Singh is one of the few if not only healthy vegetarians at that age. Overall Vegetarians have one of the shortest lifespans.

  • Fauja Singh just ran a marathon and he is a 100 year old vegetarian. I do agree though that walking is plenty for exercise.

  • He is right. It is mineral deficiency (electrolytes) that causes premature death. And enzymes as well, but without mineralization, you will also have an enzyme problem.
