Its a japanese type of Disco dancing where you do a lot of complicated hand movements and little foot movement. Kind of like many different types of macarena and more complicated.

HAHA that is a horrible explanation... its a style of Japanese dance done to Eurobeat music that is mainly done with the hands and arms with minimal movement of the hips and legs... there is also Techpara (done to Hyper Techno music) which is more complex and guys and girls have small differences in common steps... and TraPara (done to Trance music) ... and with Parapara each Song has a specific dance that goes with it....
