  • Wow! The picture quality is excellent. I was expecting to be quite blurry and pixelated.

  • Did you use a DOF adapter on these shots, like a Letus35 or something?...

If you didn't, a tip of the proverbial hat cos the focus is lovely.

    How did you manage it?!!!

  • Hey, is it worth getting a CX6? Atm i only have windows moviemaker (sad face)

  • As far as I know only Final Cut Pro 6.02 officially supports the AVCHD video codec... the imported videos should look/sound OK, as far as I know FCP won't allow a direct video editing in the original format, it converts them in Apple ProRes422 or Apple Intermediate Codec.

Which release of FCP did you use for this video?

  • I use 6.02 and yes it fully supports AVCHD. AV content is converted to AIC format upon import using FCP's log and transfer util.

Audio from the camera work perfectly, it's only imported MP3's that I've seen this problem with.

  • Hi there, I like this video very much, but what's that stuttering sound that I can hear in the beginning and in the middle? Sounds like an audio glitch. I ask it because I downloaded the h.264 quicktime from your website and it has the same buggy sound, is it a problem with the CX6 itself?

    I don't know if it's better buying the CX6 or the Panasonic SD5... :(

  • It's nothing to do with the camera, it has something to do with the way I imported the audio into Final Cut Pro. I need to figure out why it's happening as I've seen it on a few of my clips.
