I thought the same thing when I saw him -- he is very clean for someone who appears to be homeless. He's probably insane but has figured out a good way to get money. Has to be insane because he was doing the spare change shtick at the Boston Tea Party on the Common on April 15th. Wrong crowd buddy, walk across the street to Urkel's office, he's got our spare change.
