What I like about this version is how Marco used the sandwich test to indicate which contestants were knowledgeable and which were not. It made sense to put the more knowledgeable on the more demanding stations and the less knowledgeable on the lesser. This is a great way to maintain the morale of your best, while building the confidence of your weakest.
Marco is tough but not cruel, on the U.S. version Gordon just assigns stations randomly, then wonders why the results turn out wrong.
From watching the version of HK with Ramsey, compared to this version with Marco, this version doesn't feel right at all. I mean, he's not screaming, kicking bins, smashing food down. It feels more of a semi-relaxed HK, sure you still have to push as hard and as fast as possible. It really surprises me that at the pass there is no inspecting the food and then re-doing it over, it just goes out and customers fill out cards from what i'm seeing. However, it is still interesting to watch.
Calling chefs a donkey,donut,asshole from what i see on hells kitchen or kitchen nightmares improves them actually. Treat people nicely they won't follow if they r interested in being a chef they will cope and get on with it. Keep it up Chef ramsey i like you.

Pressure is when someone is about to die when you are there . Put Marco in an Emergency Room and see if he can handle That stress. I have had children die in my arms, Everything is relative. The drama in this is crazy. It's food for crying out loud, not life or death.
