木村という日本の宝は、最初、なんでバレーを見て人々が熱狂する­かわからなかったらしい。しかし、何かスポーツを見て、自分で感­動して、やっと自分に人々が、何を期待するか分かったと、読んだ­ことがある。とぼけたふりして、社会を斜めに見ていたらしい。

ただ、その時の感動と、友の死、この二つがあれば何でも乗り越え­られるだろう。

どう見ても、木村は孤高の天才。中田ヒデのような。竹下が引退し­たらセッターでキャプテンになるんじゃないだろうか。

Yumika Yokoyama,Saori's friend, was a japanese volleyball player of national team. She had a dream that she plays in Beijing Olympics 2008. But she was announced　that she depeloped cancer. She wanted to see Saori's play in Olympics, but she died before Olympics. So Saori said, she wanted to win in Olympics for Yumika.

Yumika's death definitely changed Kimura. She was smiling doing the volleyball training. But I can watch she now deeply concentrates on Volleyball. Her TORAY ARROWS are excellent team and extreamingly stromg. It's because Saori's concentration to win is infected all aound the team.
