I love this tutorial, it's so simple and easy. But I've been having an issue with my topcoat, when I use it, it rewets my already dried nail polish and runs the colors together. Also it's been making my nails crack and chip where the brush had streak marks. I thought it was because I used too much so I used less a second time but it did the same. Help would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

@SatsukikSan I usually wait for my nails to dry before applying topcoat, that keeps the colors from running. Also, try to use as few brush strokes as possible, to eliminate smudging. And if it's making your nails chip, maybe try using a different brand?

@0518Nichole You don't need one, but it's good to have, you can use it for two purposes, a base, so the polish won't stain your nail, and as a topcoat, So your nail design won't chip away as fast as it would without one. Hope this helped (:

Hello! I just saw this video, and I really love it! I have two questions:

1. How on EARTH do you paint both hands? I paint mine, but it's REALLY hard to do the right one (I'm right-handed), just with a solid color! How do you make the designs so well on both hands?

2. How do you keep it so neat? I always have to spend an hour washing my hands to get the extra polish off my skin!

@angelbuffybones You just have to work very slowly, and practice. It sucks, haha, but if you practice enough with your opposite hand at doing detailed designs, it gets a lot easier. I've practiced enough that I can't tell the difference from one hand to the other anymore! Either that or have someone else do it for you. :)
