@CCCP1917AK47 No, this is the Kremlin Palace of Congresses. It was built during the 1960's, and was in the last decade given a huge remodeling. As huge as it is, it is considered an excellent venue for performing arts.
That building is palace of Congresses, located within the Kremlin walls. Right now, it isn't being used by the Duma. Instead, the Bolshoi Theatre is using it while the historical theatre undergoes restoration.

No. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the leaders of the RF do not use the tribune resting atop the Lenin Mausoleum. Instead, they build a stage in front of the Tomb, thus concealing it. They even build artificial seats over the permanent stone ones in the Kremlin Necropolis! The tribune allowed the Kremlin leaders to observe the parade from a private safe area, but also allowed the people to easily locate the leaders and look to them for guidance during the parades.
If you listen close when the anthem finishes, you can hear just 2 or 3 people applauding for the anthem. Just a demonstration of the nation's low morale at the time period. I believe they just stood for the anthem out of formality.
Lenin's intentions for the Soviet State was for a society for worker to prosper, the people of the Soviet Union at it's golden times were for friendship and solidarity. The reason it fell because of too excessive reforms and the economy was being neglected at one point. Lenin's vision and his ideals for a Soviet system were democratic and had workers councils.
Your argument does not make any sense and it had contradiction, you are basically suggesting a system that Lenin would implement but also reject a system Lenin wanted to happen.
It was part of the 1990 parade series, I decided to upload the anthem played at the congress as the whole congress video itself was not watched that much.

North Korea is communist, but may i tell you, they are totally screwed up, the people do not get free healthcare, it is much much more repressive, and the economy is shit compared to the Soviet Union. Secondly, it is not really communist because it has no factories!

Its whole economy is based on agriculture, which was not true in the Soviet Union. North Korea also gives no rights to their people, yes the soviet union did actually give rights. North Korea is also very much a supporter of state- sanctioned terrorism. The people of North Korea themselves do not like it. So when you say go to North Korea, it has no similarities because it is not communism, but a state personality cult of kim Jong. NO COMPARISON.

So revolutions started all over eastern Europe the ends finally in the Soviet Union where it soon breaks up into independent republics including Russian itself where they still are today.

That building is palace of Congresses, located within the Kremlin walls. Right now, it isn't being used by the Duma. Instead, the Bolshoi Theatre is using it while the historical theatre undergoes restoration.

No. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the leaders of the RF do not use the tribune resting atop the Lenin Mausoleum. Instead, they build a stage in front of the Tomb, thus concealing it. They even build artificial seats over the permanent stone ones in the Kremlin Necropolis! The tribune allowed the Kremlin leaders to observe the parade from a private safe area, but also allowed the people to easily locate the leaders and look to them for guidance during the parades.

Lenin's intentions for the Soviet State was for a society for worker to prosper, the people of the Soviet Union at it's golden times were for friendship and solidarity. The reason it fell because of too excessive reforms and the economy was being neglected at one point. Lenin's vision and his ideals for a Soviet system were democratic and had workers councils.
